I have granted this appeal as you were proactive in managing your other Winter term courses by making the smart academic decision to reduce your course load before the academic deadline. Going forward, I am confident that you will make every effort to check your schedule in SOLUS instead of relying on this information from onQ. I also suggest that you inform yourself of the academic regulations concerning deadlines as they are outlined in the Important Dates section on the Arts and Science web website and to ensure that courses are dropped on SOLUS successfully before the posted drop deadline. The drop deadlines, as they have been outlined in the ??Important Dates? section on the Arts and Science web page, have been established by the Faculty of Arts and Science to ensure a fair and equitable treatment of all students at Queen's.
