I have carefully considered your appeal to receive an extension of an incomplete grade in CISC 423 (W21). I acknowledge that this is a required course for your degree plan and after reviewing your documentation and the information supplied by your instructor, I have decided to grant your request.

You are permitted up to December 31, 2021 to complete this course and it is your responsibility to contact your instructor to make the appropriate arrangements.

I would also encourage you to consider registering with QSAS, if you haven??t done already, so that you can work with an advisor who may be able to help you manage the impact of your health on your academics. Also, you should be attentive to your progress in your other Fall term classes so that you can consider dropping courses in which you have fallen behind in by the week 8 drop deadline.
