I was sorry to have read in your letter of appeal the difficult circumstances you outlined, no doubt that was difficult for you and your family and I will grant your appeal for Credit standing in PHGY 214 (FW 2017/18); BCHM 218 (F 2018); CHEM 282, MICR 221 (W 2018) based on that circumstance and the documentation you have provided. Your grade in PHGY 214, BCHM 218, CHEM 282 and MICR 221 will be changed to a CR on your transcript.

I encourage you to continue to work with your counsellor as you manage your grief Anna. Additionally, I suggest you familiarize yourself with our Academic Consideration service. A student can request short term consideration if they need more time to complete an assignment, had to miss a class, or need to defer an exam due to documented extenuating circumstances.
