I want you to know that this is a lenient decision and I have granted this appeal as you had sought support within the 2021 Summer term and I acknowledge that this is the final course required for your degree program/plan.

Upon writing this letter I see that you have already completed the outstanding components in ENSC 390 (W21) and they have been graded by your instructor. No further action is required on your part regarding this request and I want to congratulate you on your recent graduation.
