Dear Osarumwense Omoruna:

I have reconsidered the decision on your appeal request for Aegrotat Standing in ENIN 140 and GEOL 106 (W20) and I have decided the following:

1) To grant your request for Aegrotat Standing in GEOL 106 (W20). Your instructor has already submitted a replacement grade based on the work you have completed which will appear on your transcript as a grade of ?A+?? along with the notation ??Aegrotat: estimated grade?.

2) To offer you Credit Standing in ENIN 140 (W20). Credit Standing Credit standing is assigned in cases where the student completed all of the requirements for the course and earned a passing grade, but due to extenuating circumstances, did not perform as well as would have been expected under normal circumstances. I acknowledge that you did not complete all of the components in this course however the instructor is not supportive of offering you an Aegrotat Grade or an Extension of an Incomplete Grade based on the work that you submitted during the Winter term. As I acknowledge the circumstances that prevented you from being able to complete this course during the 2020 Winter term, I will offer you Credit Standing to replace the grade of C+ on your transcript.
