I have carefully considered your appeal to drop BCHM 410, BCHM 432, and BCHM 421 (Fall 2021) after the academic deadline. After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

I have granted this appeal based on the severity of your extenuating circumstances and the information supplied by your healthcare provider in your documentation. Going forward, I encourage you to evaluate your academic progress during Week 7 of the term and make sure to drop courses that you have fallen behind in, or in which you find the material too difficult, by the Week 8 drop deadline. The drop deadlines, as they have been outlined in the ??Important Dates? section on the Arts and Science web page, have been established by the Faculty of Arts and Science to ensure a fair and equitable treatment of all students.
