I am sorry to have read of the passing of your grandfather and want to offer my condolences. I have carefully considered your appeal to drop LIBS 100 (F21) after the academic deadline and have decided to grant your request.

I have granted this appeal based on the timeline of this occurrence and the unexpected additional family-related responsibilities that you have taken on. If you are not able to complete the remaining components for your other Fall term classes due to these extenuating circumstances, I encourage you to submit a request for Academic Consideration so that you could be considered for extensions or deferrals.
