I have carefully considered your appeal to drop BCHM 432 (F21) past the academic deadline. After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

I acknowledge that your health issues began to impact your classes after the Fall term drop deadline and I have granted this appeal based on the severity of your extenuating circumstances and because you have connected with the appropriate health care supports and are engaged in treatment. Going forward, I encourage you to evaluate your academic progress during Week 7 of the term and make sure to drop courses that you have fallen behind in, or in which you find the material too difficult, by the Week 8 drop deadline. The drop deadlines, as they have been outlined in the ??Important Dates? section on the Arts and Science web page, have been established by the Faculty of Arts and Science to ensure a fair and equitable treatment of all students.
