After careful consideration of the information and documentation you submitted about the circumstances surrounding these courses, I have decided to grant your appeal.

Your grade in ENGL 265 will appear on your transcript as DR (meaning dropped) and there is no academic penalty (it is not included in the GPA). The remaining courses will appear on your transcript as CR (meaning Credit).
