I have reviewed your appeal to request Drop BIOL 103 (F20), DEVS 100 (FW 2020/2021), ASTR (F21), HLTH 101 (W21) After the Academic Deadline and for Credit Standing in GNDS 120 (W21) and PSYC 100 (FW 2020/2021). After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your appeal.

Your grades in BIOL 103 (F20), DEVS 100 (FW 2020/2021), ASTR (F21), HLTH 101 (W21) will be replaced by a DR notation and your grades in GNDS 120 (W21), and PSYC 100 (FW 2020/2021) will be replaced by a CR notation on your transcript.

I have granted this appeal due to the timeline and severity of your extenuating circumstances as confirmed within the documentation that you supplied. Going forward, I suggest that you continue to remain connected with Student Wellness Services for ongoing support and I encourage you to evaluate your academic progress during Week 7 of the term and make sure to drop courses that you have fallen behind in, or in which you find the material too difficult, by the Week 8 drop deadline.

Note that any change in academic registration may impact government or private-firm student financial assistance eligibility and/or funding.
