I acknowledge that you had been granted accommodations in this course and attempted to complete it but were unable to due to the continued impact of your extenuating circumstances. Going forward, I suggest that you remain connected with Accessibility Services (QSAS) so that you can work with your accommodation advisor to help manage the impact of your health on your academics.
