I have carefully considered your appeal to drop CHEM 212, CHEM 213 and PSYC 271 (F21) after the academic deadline and have decided to grant your request.

I have granted this appeal based on the severity and impact of your extenuating circumstances as supported by the documentation that you supplied. Going forward, you should pause to evaluate the impact of your extenuating circumstances on your courses during week 7 of each term. If you have fallen behind in a course or find the material too difficult, you should drop it before the week 8 deadline. The drop deadlines, as they have been outlined in the ??Important Dates? section on the Arts and Science web page, have been established by the Faculty of Arts and Science to ensure a fair and equitable treatment of all students.
