I have carefully considered your appeal to drop MATH 121B (W 2015) past the academic deadline. After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

I am granting this appeal based on your self-declaration of your anxiety relating to your grandfather€™s diagnosis. Note that you must submit documentation from a healthcare professional in order for any further appeals to be considered.
