Dear Adrian:

I am sorry to have read in your letter of appeal that you and your family had a difficult Fall and I have carefully considered your appeal to drop HLTH 101 and KNPE 153 (F 2021) past the academic deadline. After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

I have granted this appeal based on the circumstances outlined, but you do not include any documentation which shows you have sought out support Adrian, so I want to refer you to our Student Wellness Services in Michell Hall if the circumstances you outlined continue to impact your studies in the future and you continue to pursue your degree at Queen??s.

A valuable tool to help you manage your academics is our Academic Consideration protocol. A student can request short term consideration if they need more time to complete an assignment or had to miss a class due to documented extenuating circumstances.
