I have carefully considered your appeal to drop MATH 120 (FW2021/2022) past the academic deadline. After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

I want you to know that this was a lenient decision as it is your responsibility as a student to evaluate your academic progress before the academic drop deadline of the term and make sure to drop courses that you have fallen behind in or find the material too difficult in. The drop deadlines, as they have been outlined in the ??Important Dates? section on the Arts and Science web page, have been established by the Faculty of Arts and Science to ensure a fair and equitable treatment of all students.

I also want to remind you that a student can request short term consideration if they need more time to complete an assignment or had to miss a class due to documented extenuating circumstances. Here is the link for information about that process:
