I have carefully considered your appeal to drop ENIN 340 and ENGL 222 (S21) past the academic deadline and after reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

I acknowledge that you were unable to log into SOLUS to drop these classes due to a technical issue with your NetID. I have granted this appeal as the information that I received from the Arts and Science Online office was that you did not participate in these Summer term classes at all.

I want to remind you that you can connect with the Faculty of Arts and Science for SOLUS assistance and academic advice by phoning 613-533-2470 or emailing asc.studentservices@queensu.ca. Going forward, you should make every effort to check your schedule in SOLUS as well as to inform yourself of the academic regulations concerning deadlines as they are outlined in the Important Dates section on the Arts and Science web website and to ensure that courses are dropped on SOLUS successfully before the posted drop deadline.
