I was sorry to read of the challenges you experienced during the Fall term and I have reviewed your appeal to receive Credit standing in DEVS 220 (F 2021) as well as change the grade you received in FREN 343 and LLCU 325 (F 2021) to Aegrotat standing. After careful consideration of the documentation you submitted and the information supplied by the instructors about the learning outcomes achieved in these courses, I have decided to grant your appeal.

The instructor of LLCU 325 has submitted a replacement grade based on the work you have completed, which will appear on your transcript as A+ along with the notation ??Aegrotat: estimated grade?. The instructor of FREN 343 has submitted a replacement grade based on the work you have completed, which will appear on your transcript as C+ with the notation ??Aegrotat: estimated grade?. Your grade in DEVS 220 (F 2021) will appear on your transcript as CR.

Going forward, I encourage you to carefully evaluate your progress in your courses during week 7 of the term and if you have fallen behind in your courses, you should drop courses by the week 8 drop date deadline. The deadlines as outlined in the Important Dates Section on the Arts and Science web page have been established by the Faculty of Arts and Science to ensure a fair and equitable treatment of all students.
