I have carefully considered your appeal to receive an extension of your INcomplete grades in GPHY 370 (W 2021) and GPHY 227 (F 2021). After reviewing your file and the support received from Professor Prouse and Professor Cohen, I have decided to grant your request.

You are permitted up to December 31, 2022 at the latest to complete the outstanding course requirements although I understand you have already submitted the outstanding course requirements in GPHY 227, which can now be accepted by Professor Cohen. It is responsibility to contact Professor Prouse to make the appropriate arrangements regarding due dates in GPHY 370.
