Dear Saif Alzraigat:

I have carefully considered your appeal to receive an extension of an incomplete grade in ECON 239, ECON 310, and GEOL 106 (W22). After reviewing your file and the information that I have received from your instructors, I have decided the following:

As I acknowledge that you were not able to complete these courses during the 2022 Winter and Summer terms due to the continued impacts of your extenuating circumstances, I will grant your request. You are permitted up to December 31, 2022 to complete the outstanding work in these courses and it is your responsibility to contact your instructors to make the appropriate arrangements.

According to the information that I received from your instructors, I see that you have quite a bit of work outstanding in each of these classes. As you are currently enrolled in 12.0 units of courses during the current 2022 Fall term, I am willing to allow you to drop ECON 239, ECON 310, and GEOL 106 (W22) after the academic deadline if you would prefer. If you would like to accept this offer, please email asc.appeals@queensu.ca within 21 days of receiving this decision letter and we will process the late drops accordingly.
