I have carefully considered your petition to drop PHYS 206, MATH 221, and PHYS 242 (F22) past the academic deadline. After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

I acknowledge that you were able to drop other Fall term classes by the academic deadline and I have granted this petition due to the continued academic impacts of your extenuating circumstances as confirmed by the documentation that you supplied. I understand that you plan to take time away from your studies to focus on your health and I want to remind you that it is your responsibility to drop your Winter term courses in SOLUS before the academic deadline.

Upon your return to studies, it is your responsibility to evaluate your academic progress during Week 7 of each term and make sure to drop courses that you have fallen behind in, or in which you find the material too difficult, by the Week 8 drop deadline.

Note that any change in academic registration may impact government or private-firm student financial assistance eligibility and/or funding.
