I have carefully re-considered your request to Waive the 21-day appeal deadline related to petitioning after you graduated in May 2022, and have decided, based on the circumstances you refer to in your petition letter, to waive the timeline.
I have also reviewed your request to Extend your Incomplete grade in IDIS 373 (W 2022) and drop WRIT 125 (W 2022) late, and have decided the following:
1) To grant your petition to drop WRIT 125 late based on the circumstances outlined.
2) To deny your request to extend your Incomplete grade in IDIS 373. A student cannot complete a course after graduation. I can see that you thought there was an active Incomplete grade during the summer term, and that you thought you were allowed to submit late work, but that would have only been possible had you not graduated. I am however willing to drop that course after the drop deadline. If you wish to accept this offer, please email asc.appeals@queensu.ca within 15 business days and the late drop of IDIS 373 (W 2022) will be processed.
