For your information: our office will process the late drop in your SOLUS account and no further action from you is required. Once dropped, the course will appear as ??withdrawn? in your schedule and a ??DR? notation will be placed on your transcript once the Winter term grades are released in May.

I have granted this request due to the timeline of your circumstances in relation to the academic drop deadline date, as confirmed within the documentation that you supplied. Going forward, it is your responsibility to pause and evaluate the impact of extenuating circumstances on your classes during week 7 of the term. If you have fallen behind in a course or find the material too difficult, you should drop the course by week 8 of term.
