I have reviewed your petition to drop MATH 212 (W23) after the academic deadline. After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

For your information: our office will process the late drop in your SOLUS account and no further action from you is required. Once dropped, the course will appear as ??withdrawn? in your schedule and a ??DR? notation will be placed on your transcript once the Winter term grades are released in May.

It is my understanding that students in MATH 212 were supported by the new instructor however, I have granted your request as I recognize how the disruptions in this course have continued to exacerbate your health despite your existing accommodations through Queen??s Student Accessibility Services (QSAS).

Going forward, I suggest that you continue to work with your QSAS Counsellor who can help manage the impact of your health on your academics.
