I have carefully considered your petition to drop PHIL 151 (F21), GPHY 101 (W22), HIST 105 (W22), HIST 109 (W22), POLS 110 (FW21/22), GPHY 101 (F22), HIST 105 (F22), HLTH 101 (F22), PHIL 157 (F22) after the academic deadline. After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

I acknowledge from the documentation that you supplied, that you connected with professional supports at the end of the 2022 Fall term and that you are engaged in treatment. I have granted this petition based on the timeline and academic impacts of your extenuating circumstances as you reported in your petition letter. Going forward, you should pause to assess the impacts of extenuating circumstances on your academics during week 7 of the term. If you have fallen behind in a course or find the material too difficult, you should drop the course by week 8 of term. The drop deadlines, as they have been outlined in the ??Important Dates? section on the Arts and Science web page, have been established by the Faculty of Arts and Science to ensure fair and equitable treatment of all students.
