Once dropped, the courses will appear as ??withdrawn? in your schedule and a ??DR? notation will be placed on your transcript once the Winter term grades are released in May.
I have granted this request due to the severity and academic impacts of your extenuating circumstances as confirmed by the documentation you supplied. Going forward, it is your responsibility to pause and evaluate the impact of extenuating circumstances on your classes during week 7 of the term. If you have fallen behind in a course or find the material too difficult, you should drop the course by week 8 of term. The drop deadlines, as they have been outlined in the ??Important Dates? section on the Arts and Science web page, have been established by the Faculty of Arts and Science to ensure fair and equitable treatment of all students.
I see that you are also enrolled in DEVS 100 (FW22/23) and HIST 275 (W23) and I am willing to offer you an opportunity to drop those classes as well, based on the circumstances outlined in your request.
