I have carefully considered your petition to receive an Extension of an Incomplete grade in PHYS 372 (W23). After reviewing your file and the input that I received from your instructor, I have decided to grant your request with the following condition:

I have granted this request as I acknowledge that you are attending a significant event during the timeline of August 26 – 30 in another city, and that your instructor will not be available to facilitate the deferred exam on the dates of August 31 or September 1.

You are permitted to write the deferred final exam during the first week of the 2023 Fall term classes as requested. It is your responsibility to connect with Instructor Fissel to make the arrangements to complete this component during the week of September 5 – 8, 2023.
