I have carefully considered your petition to drop HIST 125 (S23) past the academic deadline. After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

I want you to know that this was a lenient decision as I see that you enrolled in this course on February 6, 2023 and I do not see any attempts from you to drop it through your SOLUS account. I have granted your petition as the Arts and Science Online office has confirmed that you did not participate in this course at all throughout the Summer term.

Going forward, you should make every effort to check your schedule in SOLUS as well as to inform yourself of the academic regulations concerning deadlines as they are outlined in the "Important Dates" section on the Arts and Science web website to ensure that courses that you do not intend to complete are dropped on SOLUS successfully before the posted drop deadline.
