Your grade in this course will be replaced by a ‘DR’ notation on your transcript.

I acknowledge that you reduced your course load in September and that your extenuating circumstances have continued to impact you during this term. I have granted this petition due to the timeline and continued academic impacts of these extenuating circumstances as confirmed within the documentation that you supplied. Going forward, you should know that it is the student’s responsibility to pause and evaluate the impact of extenuating circumstances on their classes during week 7 of the term.
