I have carefully considered your request for an Extension of an Incomplete Grade in ENSC 301 and ENSC 310 (F23). After reviewing your file and the information supplied by the instructors of the courses, I have decided to grant your request.

I have granted this request due to the timeline and academic impacts of extenuating circumstances as confirmed within the documentation that you supplied, as well as the support that you have received from the instructors. I will allow you until August 31, 2024 to complete the outstanding component in these courses and ask that you contact the instructors to make the arrangements.

I will also allow you to drop ENSC 290 (F23) as I recognize that your academic ability in this course was also impacted by these circumstances. Your grade in this course will be replaced by a DR notation on your transcript.
