I have carefully considered your request to drop CHEM 311 and PHYS 115 (F23) past the academic deadline and for an Extension of an Incomplete Grade in ARTH 225 and ARTH 226 (F23). After reviewing your file and the information supplied by the instructors of the courses, I have decided to grant your request.

I have granted this request due to the timeline, severity and academic impact of extenuating circumstances as confirmed within the documentation that you supplied. Your grades in CHEM 311 and PHYS 115 (F23) will be replaced with a DR notation on your transcript. I will also allow you until August 31, 2024 to complete the outstanding components in ARTH 225 and ARTH 226 (F23) and ask that you contact the instructors to make the arrangements.
