I acknowledge that you were unable to complete this Winter term course during the deferred exam period due to the impacts of extenuating circumstances, as confirmed within the documentation that you supplied. I have granted this request as I recognize that it is not possible to facilitate another deferred exam for this course during the current Summer term.

The instructor of CHEM 282 (W24) has submitted a replacement grade of a D minus based on the work that you had completed in this course, which will appear on your transcript along with the notation Aegrotat: estimated grade.
