I have carefully considered your appeal to drop HIST 208 (F 2014) and HIST 315B (W 2015) past the academic deadline as well as receive Aegrotat standing in HIST 201 (F 2014) and HIST 241 (W 2015). After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request. Your grades in HIST 201 and HIST 241 will appear on your transcript as C and B, respectively, along with the notion €œAegrotat: Estimated Grade€.

Your request to receive Aegrotat standing in HIST 218 remains on hold because the instructor is currently out of the country with no access to his student records. Once he returns in late August and is able to send the required information to our office, I will consider your request at that time and send you a decision.

Note that any change in academic registration may impact government or private-firm student financial assistance eligibility and/or funding. Please consult with the Student Awards Office, Office of the University Registrar, Gordon Hall, to understand the potential implications of changes to course or program registration and/or the consequences of not successfully completing the required course load.
