I have carefully considered your request to drop PHGY 216 and EMPR 200 (W23) after the academic deadline and for Credit Standing in STAM 200 (W23). After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.  

I have granted this request because of the severity of extenuating circumstances, as confirmed within the documentation you supplied. Your grades in these courses will be replaced with a DR or CR notation accordingly.

Upon your return to studies, you should know that it is your responsibility to pause and evaluate the impact of extenuating circumstances on your coursework prior to the drop deadline of the term.
