I have carefully considered your appeal to drop FREN P16 (S 2015) past the academic deadline. After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

I would like to note that I am granting your appeal based on the fact that you are a Distance student and may not be very familiar with SOLUS and the procedure for properly dropping courses. In the future, please ensure that you drop courses yourself on SOLUS within the academic deadlines. You should follow up with your academic advisor, Mr. David Youssef, to ensure that the drop was successful or to address any questions or concerns you have.

Note that any change in academic registration may impact government or private-firm student financial assistance eligibility and/or funding. Please consult with the Student Awards Office, Office of the University Registrar, Gordon Hall, to understand the potential implications of changes to course or program registration and/or the consequences of not successfully completing the required course load.
