Petition Letter
I am appealing to drop GLPH271 and add FILM240 or another elective within the arts and science faculty. Due to family issues, I did not receive my money to pay for tuition until past the deadline, which then caused me to have troubles moving my courses around. I realized that I had to drop a course, but other courses were full which is why I enrolled in GLPH271. I have since found out that GLPH271 does not count toward my degree and will prohibit me from being able to graduate at the end of this semester. It is really important to me that I am on track to graduate. I care a lot about my education and truly hope that this does not stop me from being able to finish my last semester off strongly.
