Petition Letter
I am currently requesting an extension for an IN grade in CHEM 281 which was taken in Fall 2022. All course work was completed other than the final exam. I was unable to complete this exam due to health reasons related to my Disability, which I am currently registered with QSAS for. I have spoken to Dr. Carrin and it was his suggestion to complete my final exam the next time the course is offered which will be in June of 2023. In order for me to write this exam in June I have to request an extension on this incomplete grade until I complete the exam. At that time, my grade is able to be moved from IN to completed.
