To whom it may concern.
I am currently in the process of retroactively dropping two classes that I was enrolled in for the Winter semester in 2022. I have been charged and have an outstanding fee for these two courses that were never taken. I was unenrolled from my mandatory in-person classes due to mandates and thus had called Queens to advise I would not be returning in any fashion including online courses. This was communicated and accepted but I was never removed. As is evident I did not attend any lecture, submit any course work or write any exam for these two courses (ENIN 240-700 & RELS 240-001). I am hoping to have these fees removed and courses dropped as I was not an active Queens student and no longer attend the school.
Please advise next steps.
