In view of my very unhealthy physical and mental conditions at the time, my hospital certificate will be sent to the Office by email. , because I found that it cannot be uploaded here.Winter semester is the semester when my courses are officially on the right track. Under the regular psychological examination, my mental state has stabilized a lot, so I apply to drop all the courses I took from 2021 fall semester to 2022 fall semester.
