Petition Letter
I respectfully request your permission to Appeal an Appeal based on extenuating circumstances regarding my 2014 marks.
Since my University career started in 2010, I have struggled with depression and anxiety and had to take a leave of absence from school during the 2010 school year to deal with this. This has been previously documented in my Queen¿¿s file
In 2014, I broke my ankle during the school year which spiraled my condition. I was
unable at that time to function at a proper physical or psychological level to deal with my courses in a proper manner.
I wish to appeal on the above basis and request my 2014 following marks changed from F to NG as to not effect my GPA.
FILM 260
PHIL 259
PHIL 307
I would greatly appreciate your compassion for my earlier condition as I have struggled for years but have been able to overcome my problems under doctor¿¿s care and feel I am now in a position to move forward and I would like nothing more than to be able to continue my studies and finish my 9 units and graduate.
Thank you for your consideration.
Yours Truly,
Brandon Macpherson
