Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Hello, I submitted an application for math121 in May this year, but the application was not approved because it was too late. So I chose summer school to complete Math 123 and 124 during the summer vacation. I had completed these two courses in August, but due to the school's score review and transcript mailing time, my transcript did not arrive at the school in time but it's already on the way the tracking number is 5908 9962 691 (UPS Shipping). I communicated with the department and they said I could only enroll in courses by submitting a Petition Letter. This is very important to me. If I cannot complete ECON255 this semester, it will affect my graduation time.
