Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Due to a payment error, I was kicked off of all of my courses on Onq last week. I was enrolled in all 5 of my courses at the start of the term, have been attending the lectures and labs, have been doing assignments, and have taken midterms for them. I need to be added back on to my courses as soon as possible so I may continue my academic term.
