Petition Letter
Last semester, my health declined, which resulted in my being in the hospital. Over the last couple of months, I have been trying to recover but have still been experiencing severe symptoms of my disability. Dr. Jane Tomalie and I have discussed and decided that I should drop the course as I have not been able to participate due to my illness.
