Petition Letter
To Whom This May Concern,
My name is Tina Cheung, and I have just completed my second year undergraduate studies. I am writing this appeal in regards to a miscommunication with my appeal last year. During my first year studies, I appealed to drop my failed courses, however, it did not go through and it appeared as withdraw instead, even though I was informed that my appeal was accepted. Upon speaking with Katherine from student services, she reviewed my appeal from last year, and informed me of this matter. Therefore, I will be appealing to waive the 21 day deadline so that I may properly drop from last year, since I was unaware of this matter until today.
I understand that you are not obligated to accept my request, however I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Tina Hiu Yan Cheung
