Academic Plan
The course of treatment for my Crohn's disease has changed to exclude treatment with prednisone. I have begun a therapeutic relationship with a new psychiatrist, and with a personal counselor. After much consideration, I have ended my relationship with my former psychiatrist as my treatment with him has not proven itself to be timely and effective at the management of the symptoms of my borderline personality disorder. As such, in conversation with my new psychiatrist, I will begin dialectical behaviour therapy, which is considered by him to be a gold standard in the treatment of personality disorders. My academic plan is to begin courses online in order to manage the physical limitations my Crohn's symptoms often present with attendance.
