To whom it may concern,
This is to inform you that I am requesting to drop all of my current courses for the winter term due to my ongoing struggles with anxiety and depression. This diagnosis has been confirmed by my family doctor. As such, I have returned home for my well-being. Upon getting healthy I will determine if I will return to Queens University.
