Petition Letter
Dear Dr. Jenn Stephenson, Associate Dean (Academic)
I am writing to you to request to add a class after the official date of September 16, 2024. The reason for this late request is due to my petition (petition #12243). I needed to have the petition approved in order to move forward with adding this class.
My petition was granted yesterday. This allowed me to be admitted into the HIST plan. I have been communicating with Alexandra Geris, Undergrad Program Assistant, Department of History and she suggested this plan to join a 300 level course if my first petition was granted. With Alexandra's assistance, the instructor for this course has approved my joining the seminar late.
I really appreciate all of the petition and History Departments help throughout this process.
I understand if this petition to add a class is granted, I will need to adjust my schedule to accommodate this class.
