Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Dear whom it may concern,

I am hoping to request to add a course after the deadline. This is mainly due to personal health issues during the summer. My original plan was to be a part time student for the fall and become full time during the winter when my body is better.

However, now that body state has improved, I am hoping to join this course and maintain a full time student for this term as well.
