I am writing to request a late add for CISC121 this fall term. Due to an academic integrity issue I faced during the summer term, I am required to retake this course. The situation has been a significant challenge and has directly impacted my ability to progress in my academic plan.
Since learning about the academic integrity issue, I have taken proactive steps to understand the university's policies better and improve my study habits to ensure I adhere to all guidelines. I am now fully committed to retaking CISC121 and performing to the best of my ability.
