Academic Plan
Once my petition is approved, I will with absolute certainty be able to complete all 12.0 units of electives at Athabasca University and then transfer the credits obtained for my degree at Queen’s University. As Athabasca University is an open university that allows prospective students to start their courses at any point in time and complete said courses at their own pace. In addition to this, Athabasca University offers a wider course selection that would allow me academic opportunities that would better work with my abilities as an English major. Regarding these aspects specifically, my future plan would be to begin enrolling and working on the final four courses immediately once approved. In addition to this, since there is also no fixed time limit to complete these four courses at Athabasca University. I would be able to complete all four of the courses within the Winter 2025 term and apply for Spring Graduation.
