Academic Plan
My academic plan for my study abroad courses at UNSW is to take a mix of electives and core courses aligned with my Life Sciences (major) plan requirements. I am taking SOMS1501 (Inside the Criminal Mind) in January as my UNSW summer term which fulfills the remaining 3.0 units of option courses required for my degree. The other courses - PSYC1027 (Forensic Psychology), BABS3121 (Molecular Biology of Nucleic Acids), BIOS3081 (Ocean to Estuarine Ecosystems), and SCIF1111 (Perspectives in Medical Sciences)- are all part of my life sciences major plan, as they are listed on List A and will contribute to fulfilling my degree requirements (I have listed the equivalent Queen’s courses below). This combination allows me to meet my program requirements while exploring areas of psychology and environmental sciences that will provide me with a unique experience while supporting my academic goals.
SOMS1501 = SOCY 1UNS/3.0; PSYC1027 = PSYC 3UNS/3.0; BABS3121 = BCHM 313/3.0; BIOS3081 = BIOL 3UNS/3.0; SCIF1111 = LISC 1UNS/3.0
